1. Device Eligibility

   • We only purchase phones iPhone 11 and newer.

   • Devices with water damage, non-functional power, or iCloud locks are not eligible.

   • We do not buy devices reported as lost or stolen.

2. Identification Requirement

   • A valid government-issued ID is required to process any purchase.

3. Price Estimates

   • All quoted prices are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary following an in-person inspection by our representative.

4. Final Inspection and Offer

   • After inspection, any adjustments in the offer will be communicated to you. You have the right to accept or decline the revised offer at that time.

5. Payment

   • Payment is provided in cash once the device has been inspected, and all terms and conditions are met.
